📋 Description

• Performing comprehensive needs assessments and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, and more.

• Creating instructionally effective, innovative, and high-quality learning solutions that deliver significant results and leave a memorable impact.

• Utilizing contemporary learning technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to design, develop, and execute behavior change initiatives.

• Collaborating with senior leadership stakeholders to align on vision, objectives, and expectations.

• Overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.

• Executing organizational transformations associated with substantial changes at Fortune 100 companies.

• Partnering with clients to retrain and reskill their workforce to adapt to the new business methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Generally, 5-10 years of experience in external learning and development consulting, training, or instructional design.

• Advanced expertise in instructional design principles and best practices.

• Experience in crafting and delivering blended learning solutions that integrate instructor-led, digital, social, experiential, and performance support methods.

• Exceptional business and technical writing and editing capabilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong project management abilities and proficiency in data analytics.

• Extensive experience engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, especially senior leaders in large enterprises.

• A passion for collaboration and supporting both internal and client team members.

• Proven ability to utilize data, learner insights, and business metrics to guide solution design and assess impact.

• Comfort in working with technical teams and advising clients on the practical use of AI, automation, analytics, and digital learning ecosystems.
