Experiential Learning Placement Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the placement processes for sites that follow standard onboarding protocols.

• Support learners in fulfilling compliance tasks and adhering to placement deadlines.

• Offer immediate guidance and assistance to learners concerning site requirements and preparation for rotations.

• Track site communications and keep learners informed about placement confirmations and expectations.

• Work in conjunction with Specialist III to ensure synchronization on learner requirements and site communications.

• Execute pre- and post-semester projects along with ongoing functional responsibilities as assigned.

• Keep precise records in CRM systems and other technological platforms to maintain data accuracy.

• Engage in cross-functional meetings and projects to promote alignment with Academic Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or educational operations.

• Proven professional communication and correspondence abilities.

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
