This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the comprehensive quality assurance strategy, encompassing test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Create, develop, and sustain automated test frameworks and scripts to support continuous integration and delivery workflows.
• Conduct and manage extensive manual testing activities, which include exploratory, regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Oversee and coordinate Automated Test Framework (ATF) initiatives, ensuring that test cases accurately represent business and functional requirements.
• Organize, facilitate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles in partnership with business stakeholders and end users.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes throughout the team.
• Mentor and offer technical support to junior and mid-level QA engineers.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution, maintaining clear and detailed defect reports.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testability is incorporated into the design and architecture of features.
• Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and status updates for stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing across complex software systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design and execution of Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Practical experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) engagements with business stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent).
• Experience with integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in fully remote, distributed team settings.
