• Address intricate challenges and anticipate potential future concerns across a variety of platforms and services.

• Manage client systems data while offering daily solutions and ensuring security compliance.

• Supervise a queue of tasks and collaborate directly with technicians.

• Prioritize tickets to provide optimal solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deliver infrastructure support for CICS environments spanning multiple systems and platforms.

• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of CICS subsystems.

• Support production, development, and testing environments.

• Install, configure, and upgrade CICS versions along with related IBM components.

• Implement maintenance and patches to maintain systems at supported levels.

• Conduct performance tuning and workload balancing.

• Monitor system health and address bottlenecks.

• Engage IBM/ISV support as necessary.

• Provide technical expertise regarding CICS architecture and product capabilities.
