Senior / Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

📋 Description

• Deliver full-stack product features comprehensively across frontend, backend, and data.

• Create AI-enhanced experiences utilizing LLMs, embeddings, and associated techniques that provide genuine value to users.

• Take ownership of the delivery process from scope/design to launch, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Tackle ambiguous and technically demanding challenges with practical, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and develop the roadmap.

• Enhance performance, reliability, and the overall quality of the product on an enterprise scale.

• Foster a robust engineering culture through code reviews, tooling enhancements, and process optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in professional software development.

• Demonstrated success in deploying production-ready full-stack web applications.

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML into products (LLMs, embeddings, or similar technologies).

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive tasks forward autonomously.

• Product-focused mindset: you prioritize user experience and customer outcomes, not just implementation details.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator across various functions.

• Possess an ownership mentality and a proactive approach.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (Rails/React/Postgres/AWS is advantageous; adaptability is key).
