Senior / Lead Product Manager – Hands-On Execution, Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of a long-term strategy for building a robust brand and necessary technical infrastructure in collaboration with the team;

• Setting tasks for technical and product teams, coordinating and monitoring their execution;

• Analyzing incoming traffic, creating reports, and sharing insights with the marketing team;

• Implementing solutions that enhance traffic monetization, including CRO and improving conversion rates across funnels;

• Independent research, idea generation, planning, implementation, and automation;

• Management of the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of extensive experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner;

• At least 1 year of experience in the lead generation domain targeting the US market;

• Strong technical foundation for effective collaboration with the technical team (or a robust marketing/analytical background);

• Strong data-driven culture;

• Significant analytical skills: ability to support one's viewpoint and make decisions based on data and metrics;

• Outstanding results in previous roles, backed by specific metrics and achievements;

• Systematic thinking: ability to think structurally and manage details while seeing the big picture;

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;

• English proficiency at a B1 level: capability to work with documentation.

• Experience in the Home Services / Home Improvement sector.
