Senior Lawyer – Private Client

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with a variety of intricate private client issues

• Handle wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax, and estate planning

• Collaborate with the Private Client team

• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients and contacts

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a diverse range of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration, as well as Landed estates

• A solid background in collaborating with an established network of referrers and fostering strong relationships with a variety of clients, including HNW individuals, multi-generational families, elderly clients, and business owners

• Capable of working independently, managing one’s own caseload, and supervising team members as necessary

• Ideally, you will possess STEP qualification
