Senior Kotlin Developer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and test APIs.

• Design, implement, and uphold microservices architecture.

• Utilize Kotlin, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud technologies.

• Engage with distributed systems and REST APIs.

• Employ Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

• Execute and oversee observability practices.

• Contribute to projects and teams following agile methodologies.

• Potential involvement with AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid/Senior-level professional experience.

• Proficient in Kotlin with Spring Boot.

• Experience in microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/Kafka, SQS, EventBridge, and EKS.

• Experience with databases: RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, and ArgoCD.

• Experience with observability tools including Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry.

• Demonstrated experience in agile project environments.

• Experience with Stackspot is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Developer certifications are preferred.
