Desenvolvedor Salesforce PL – Service Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions within Service Cloud.

• Work with automation flows, processes, and development in Apex, Lightning Components, among others.

• Integrate external systems with the Salesforce platform using APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Configure and manage objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.

• Understand requirements, translate them into development, and ensure an optimal user experience.

• Perform maintenance and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platforms.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

• Stay updated with new features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce developer, focusing on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Service Cloud platforms.

• Experience with integration APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools.

• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with Code Versioning (GIT, Github, Azure DevOps).

• Experience using AI for Salesforce-focused development (Github Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
