Senior Kotlin Backend Developer

📋 Description

• Assume ownership of the product throughout its full lifecycle, from feature conception to ongoing maintenance;

• Provide and sustain services related to the product;

• Address technical challenges including bugs, incidents, and analyses;

• Adhere to policies and processes established by the client;

• Develop unit, functional, and performance tests in accordance with team standards;

• Troubleshoot production issues during incidents affecting customers;

• Implement instrumentation in applications to gather performance data, operational logs, and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Kotlin;

• Familiarity with the Spring framework;

• Knowledge of software development best practices such as TDD, DDD, and Clean Code;

• Experience with Agile methodologies/frameworks like SCRUM and KANBAN;

• Experience in provisioning and utilizing AWS services (SQS, S3);

• Database knowledge in MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis;

• Competence in unit testing;

• Proficient in code management using GIT Flow;

• Understanding of event-driven architecture;

• Strong, clear, and concise communication abilities;

• Collaborative team spirit and capability in conflict resolution;

• Ability to operate within agile, cross-functional teams;

• Creativity and initiative to envision various application usage scenarios;

• Experience with Docker containerization;

• Familiarity with JavaScript;

• Experience with the Apigee platform.
