This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of growth strategies for eCommerce clients, utilizing digital tools such as search, content, assortment, pricing, promotions, and retail media.
• Create and manage integrated promotional and media calendars, aligning investments with key moments to enhance visibility, conversion, and ROI.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Sales and Marketing to optimize investments across trade and retail media, ensuring efficient expenditure (with agency support) to drive profitable growth.
• Take ownership of P&L performance for designated accounts, including forecasting, budget oversight, and achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Evaluate account performance using retailer platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Luminate) and syndicated/third-party data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Keep track of competitive actions, search trends, and category dynamics to inform strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships within the Bottler System. Ensure timely and accurate communication of all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing teams.
• Present eCommerce performance, digital shelf metrics, and growth prospects to internal leadership and bottler partners.
• Direct end-to-end digital shelf execution for assigned customers, including ownership of content strategy, asset development, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure alignment between digital shelf priorities and bottler/customer execution to maintain consistency across the omni-channel ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Media, Supply Chain, and Insights teams to implement a cohesive and high-performing eCommerce strategy.
• Lead cross-functional routines centered on digital shelf excellence, identifying gaps in content, availability, search performance, and conversion, and driving action plans to address them.
• Act as the primary contact for customer and digital shelf initiatives, ensuring alignment across commercial, marketing, and innovation strategies.
• Influence and align stakeholders on critical initiatives such as product launches, content updates, and media activations to ensure seamless execution online.
• Provide clear, data-driven updates on customer performance, digital shelf health, and key initiatives to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in any of the following areas - retail eCommerce, eCommerce Project Management, or eCommerce Creative Asset Project Management required.
• Amazon experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Highly organized with robust project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in overseeing digital shelf content, including asset creation, optimization, and syndication across platforms preferred.
• Must possess exceptional computer skills, being proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with eCommerce or digital shelf tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, Stackline) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to executional excellence.
• Proven leadership and a successful track record in Business Development.
• 15% travel required by car and plane.
