Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Create scalable, maintainable, and reusable components for both backend and frontend.

• Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Design, develop, document, and manage RESTful APIs.

• Integrate external APIs and internal services.

• Ensure dependable communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Design schemas for relational databases.

• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Maintain data integrity, backups, and overall performance.

• Enhance application performance and resolve bottlenecks.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization processes.

• Increase the scalability and resilience of distributed systems.

• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams.

• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Develop unit, integration, and automation tests.

• Keep technical documentation up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in Java full stack development.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and debugging.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies.
