📋 Description

• Analyze and resolve errors: Investigate issues by utilizing logs, debugging techniques, and code analysis to ensure precise diagnosis.

• Solutions follow-up: Track and report on the progress of actions until all incidents are completely resolved.

• Collaboration with partner teams: Collaborate with other teams as needed, fostering agility and teamwork.

• Incident prevention: Create long-term solutions to eliminate recurring root causes of failures.

• Quality assurance: Validate and test technical deliverables prior to production deployment.

• Production releases: Carry out RDM (Request for Deployment Management) processes, including those outside of regular business hours.

• Technical documentation: Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation for both clients and internal use.

• System monitoring: Design and enhance services and dashboards to ensure optimal availability and performance of the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly proficient Java developer with significant experience in enterprise applications and service-oriented architectures (SOA).

• Expert in Java Spring Boot and Java EE, with a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented design principles and development patterns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline.
