Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to deliver innovative solutions for Cellular Network challenges.

• Design and develop intricate algorithms.

• Create and sustain high-performance, scalable, and dependable software systems.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify and resolve intricate software issues.

• Engage in an AI-driven engineering environment utilizing modern coding agents and specification-driven development to expedite high-quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in software development using Java.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms and software architectures.

• Proficient in working with microservices architecture.

• Experience in developing large-scale data applications and advanced SQL querying.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools (such as Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI agents) as part of the software development lifecycle.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.
