Senior Java Developer, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Customer Care team that is creating an ecosystem of applications to enhance XTB’s client service operations.

• Design and implement backend microservices and user interfaces, guiding them from solution design to production deployment.

• Primarily concentrate on Java backend development while also making significant contributions to the Angular frontend.

• Collaborate effectively within a Scrum environment that emphasizes teamwork.

• Develop a variety of products and functionalities.

• Construct and sustain high-performance systems capable of processing large data volumes with minimal latency.

• Contribute to the development of highly available and scalable systems that support users’ investments on a global scale.

• Engage in quarterly cycles that feature clearly defined goals and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building Java-based microservices, including the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable, high-performance services.

• Commercial experience with Angular is essential.

• Strong understanding of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.

• Capability to convert business analysis into technical solutions while adhering to requirements and deadlines.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions.

• Dedication to producing clean, testable code and adhering to engineering best practices.

• Alignment with system architecture principles.

• Active involvement in continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

• Experience in effective communication and collaboration with seasoned professionals in a mature team environment.
