This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to support the growth objectives of device and IT services.
• Develop, enhance, and manage the Deel IT device management services for global customers, along with our IT support services.
• Offer technical assistance to our Sales team and customer base.
• Responsible for deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices within Deel IT.
• Experience in managing and working with both Mac and Windows environments.
• Interest in utilizing a mobile device management platform (MDM) for overseeing a mixed device environment, such as Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
• Enthusiasm for application packaging and deployment for Mac and Windows systems.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
