This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead comprehensive systems integration projects in SAP for LIMS and MES systems, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, and resource distribution.
• Create detailed project plans, risk evaluations, and mitigation strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure effective implementation.
• Evaluate intricate business processes and design SAP integration solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relations, contract negotiations, and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and manage expectations through regular status updates and reporting to executives.
• Identify and address technical and operational issues with a meticulous and analytical approach.
• Mentor and support project team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for the organization's knowledge management.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols.
• 8+ years of professional experience in IT Program Management, showcasing success in leading enterprise-level initiatives, with some hands-on Project Management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to manage multiple system integration projects concurrently.
• 5+ years of direct experience with system integrations in SAP.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance and GxP standards.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, accompanied by strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture design.
