Senior Finance Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement sophisticated workflows, scripts, configurations, and modules within enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee.

• Oversee integrations and enhance iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft) to guarantee smooth data flow, interoperability, and automated processes across various platforms.

• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations through effective internal controls, system audits, and governance while promoting ongoing system enhancements.

• Diagnose complex issues and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in business systems architecture or administration, including direct implementation of enterprise systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Finance technology stacks, encompassing NetSuite, Coupa, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Billing systems, and associated business applications.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, iPaaS) are highly desirable.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python.

• Extensive experience with middleware and low/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, n8n, Mulesoft, Alteryx) for system integrations and workflow automation.

• Proven track record in deploying process automation tools to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) in relation to NetSuite development.

• Expertise in managing API integrations between NetSuite and external systems utilizing REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

• Background in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

• Experience in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments.

• Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and SOX compliance.

• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of leadership, from technical personnel to senior executives.

• Demonstrated ability to present intricate technical solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI and machine learning tools to design, build, and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve business processes.

• Proficiency with AI-driven platforms and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar) to create custom workflows, copilots, and agentic solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to identify significant automation opportunities and convert them into scalable AI-driven implementations across finance and enterprise systems.
