Full Stack Engineer, AI Systems, Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, and AI integrations.

• Create agent workflows that effectively manage planning, tool usage, failures, and recovery across multiple stages.

• Incorporate LLMs, memory, and external tools into systems that function reliably in real-world scenarios.

• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming capabilities, partial results, and stringent latency requirements.

• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback procedures.

• Work in close collaboration with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver features from start to finish.

• Continuously refine processes based on actual usage and identified failure patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Full Stack Engineering, covering both Frontend and Backend.

• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is essential.

• Strong grasp of system design and API architecture principles.

• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-driven applications is preferred.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and make practical engineering choices.

• Strong sense of ownership; able to oversee features from conceptualization to deployment.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with changing requirements.
