GTM Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Manage and address daily systems challenges within Salesforce and the overall GTM technology stack.

• Recognize repetitive ticket trends, analyze root causes, and apply long-term solutions.

• Take charge of small-to-medium GTM systems initiatives by collecting requirements, designing solutions, developing, testing, documenting, and promoting user adoption.

• Create and sustain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and data imports.

• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system controls to ensure Salesforce remains a reliable source of truth.

• Develop and update SOPs, process maps, release documentation, and onboarding materials for new hires related to GTM systems.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements and enhance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology position, ideally within a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing tech setting.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports — not merely theoretical knowledge.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting integration and synchronization challenges across interconnected GTM tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, sales engagement platforms, etc.).

• Strong instincts for data quality — ensuring adherence to data regulations, managing data hygiene initiatives, and maintaining Salesforce as a credible source of truth.

• Experience with workflow automation tools (such as Workato, Zapier, n8n) or a genuine interest in utilizing AI for GTM operations is a significant advantage.
