Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and deliver IT projects within the quality laboratory setting.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to outline project objectives.

• Establish quality assurance procedures for IT systems.

• Perform risk evaluations and create mitigation plans.

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead project teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Encourage the adoption of best practices in IT project management.

• Prepare and present project status updates.

• Manage vendor partnerships related to IT quality laboratory initiatives.

• Oversee Document Management Systems (DMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management with an emphasis on quality assurance.

• Proficient in project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• In-depth understanding of quality assurance procedures.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management practices.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in intricate IT environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Familiarity with GxP regulatory compliance.

• Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions.
