This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• HUB Application Support & Maintenance - Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Apps Canvas applications that support the HUB platform.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for issues reported by users, including application crashes, data loading failures, and errors in Power Fx formulas.
• Identify and resolve problems related to SharePoint Online list performance, delegation limits, and handling large datasets.
• Review, debug, and optimize Power Automate cloud flows that facilitate HUB notifications, approvals, and data transfers.
• Collaborate with business users to replicate issues, verify fixes, and implement updates using controlled change management practices.
• Business Analysis & Delivery - Evaluate business and user requirements, document specifications, and convert them into clear system requirement documents.
• Collect essential information from stakeholder meetings and generate valuable reports and documentation.
• Prioritize projects based on business necessities and requirements.
• Ensure that delivered solutions align with documented business needs and functional specifications.
• Handle multiple projects and competing priorities, providing timely status reports and communicating any risks or obstacles.
• Operational Support & Documentation - Update and maintain necessary information in spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and solution functionality.
• Document, update, implement, and maintain procedures.
• Communicate the results of work efforts to stakeholders and management.
• Support the successful delivery, enhancement, and monitoring of deliverables, ensuring timely project completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with and act as a liaison among Vendor Management, business stakeholders, Suppliers, and Procurement teams.
• Effectively share insights, recommendations, and plans with cross-functional team members and leadership.
• Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas): A minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Canvas Apps in production settings.
• Power Fx Proficiency: Strong experience in writing and debugging formulas for filtering, searching, patching, error handling, and optimizing performance.
• SharePoint Online Backend: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online as a Power Apps backend, including large lists, delegation limits, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Power Automate: Experience in building, maintaining, and debugging cloud flows for notifications, approvals, and data synchronization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• If no degree is held, the candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant work experience supporting business operations, systems, or technology-enabled solutions specifically related to Power Platform & SharePoint Solutions.
• Contractor will work remotely and adhere to US hours and holiday schedules.
• Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with US Central Time (CDT) business hours.
