Senior IT Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Pathward’s technologies and suggest enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and data for consistent assessments of product performance, quality, and operational support functions.

• Deliver timely work estimates and ensure adherence to them.

• Assist other IT departments with various tasks and troubleshooting efforts.

• Assess new industry software and infrastructure technologies.

• Guarantee quality in applications and infrastructure through rigorous testing and compliance with IT standards and guidelines.

• Create necessary test data for testing purposes.

• Confirm that applications and infrastructure comply with IT security protocols.

• Identify and report on technology-related risks.

• Comprehend the data linked to supported technologies.

• Aid in maintaining documented processes, best practices, and standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

• Typically 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Experience in supporting applications and/or infrastructure.

• Capacity to conduct analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and IT solution support.

• Familiarity with data related to supported technologies.

• Ability to adhere to IT standards, guidelines, and security protocols.
