Senior IT Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute technical implementations for dental practices remotely, from contract signing to go-live, ensuring quality and timely delivery at every phase.

• Enhance processes by monitoring progress, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Configure and resolve issues related to integrations with dental practice management systems.

• Establish and assist with remote access tools and network setups at the practice level.

• Communicate directly with IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

• Manage virtual machines hosted on AWS.

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications with doctors and office managers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT implementation, technical onboarding, or field/remote support roles.

• Practical experience with dental practice management systems (PMS).

• Comprehensive knowledge of remote access tools (such as TeamViewer, RemotePC, Splashtop, AnyDesk, or similar) and network fundamentals.

• Proven experience managing a high-volume workload.

• Excellent and confident communication skills.
