Senior IT Change Management Specialist – English C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the daily Change Advisory Board (CAB): review, assess, schedule, and authorize high-impact changes and tests.

• Coordinate multi-system deployments: collaborate closely with infrastructure, development, and distributed systems teams in hybrid environments (JAVA, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere, etc.).

• Risk management: verify and validate execution plans, rollback strategies, and contingency plans for critical changes.

• Data governance: oversee the ingestion and control of data from PRO and MIG environments, ensuring masking and confidentiality.

• Stakeholder management: serve as a key communication bridge between internal technical teams, suppliers, and program managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience as an IT Change Analyst, Release Manager, or in IT operations governance roles.

• English proficiency at C1 level (Fluent/Advanced).

• Strong experience working under the ITIL framework (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).

• Availability for occasional interventions or on-call duties outside the regular hours of 9:00 to 18:00 (Spanish time).
