Senior IT Audit Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and assess internal audit programs for Humana's information systems.

• Evaluate and enhance Humana's cybersecurity, technology governance, and risks associated with emerging technologies.

• Conduct consulting engagements focused on IT auditing and cybersecurity.

• Carry out IT audit procedures, which encompass planning, walkthroughs, control testing, data analysis, and result documentation.

• Audit and assess cybersecurity controls within a vast and complex technology framework.

• Identify weaknesses in controls, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and their root causes.

• Present findings from IT audit and cybersecurity engagements through written reports and presentations directed at management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT risk auditing or consulting, or IT roles concentrating on systems operations, software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, or infrastructure.

• Experience in IT risk or assurance audits.

• Basic knowledge of AI concepts, associated risks, and controls, including an understanding of how AI/ML models influence data integrity, security, and governance.

• Experience in evaluating AI-driven systems, including the assessment of algorithmic transparency, data quality, model monitoring, and emerging cybersecurity risks related to AI.

• Proven success in facilitating collaboration across teams and managing projects effectively.

• Relevant certifications in IT auditing, such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP, are preferred.
