Senior IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, systems access, and collaboration tools within a distributed workforce.

• Diagnose and resolve escalated IT challenges concerning laptops, operating systems, networking, SaaS platforms, and user access.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, which include device provisioning, account setup, permissions, and systems access.

• Collaborate closely with HR, People Operations, and departmental leaders to facilitate seamless employee onboarding experiences.

• Support and maintain productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and associated systems.

• Assist with identity and access management, encompassing user provisioning, MFA, and adherence to security best practices.

• Contribute to improvements in IT processes, automation projects, and systems documentation.

• Monitor and manage IT assets, inventory, licensing, and endpoint management operations.

• Support cybersecurity initiatives, employee security training, and compliance-related activities.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure, systems, and operations.

• Work collaboratively with vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance system performance.

• Ensure accurate documentation for processes, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge resources.

• Experience in supporting globally distributed teams.

• Proficient in Jira Service Management, including workflow configuration and service desk administration.

• Ability to communicate effectively, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, or audit support activities.

• Experience in SaaS, ERP, or manufacturing technology settings.
