This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners and our mobile application to carry out replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processes.
• Receive and examine shipments, scan and store items, and maintain cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Take ownership of customer interactions—responding primarily via email, following up by phone, and assisting internal partners to address inquiries and foster trust.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to suggest and implement enhancements that optimize daily workflows.
• Maintain safety and organizational standards in all work areas by adhering to site guidelines and wearing the necessary PPE.
• Actively monitor stock levels and identify gaps or issues to avert operational disruptions.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, retail stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Proficient in using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning applications, along with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English—particularly via email—and a friendly, solution-oriented demeanor.
