This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of lifecycle marketing initiatives that support students from their initial interest through to enrollment and beyond.
• Convert lifecycle strategies into effective campaigns and journeys utilizing email, SMS, and other related channels.
• Act as a crucial bridge between strategy and execution by collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing leadership, Analytics, and various cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate campaign and journey performance to extract insights and promote ongoing improvements.
• Work in conjunction with Paid Media, DX, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure a unified, omni-channel experience for students.
• Maintain compliance with regulations for email and SMS, ensuring adherence to deliverability standards and best practices for each channel.
• 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing.
• Practical experience in creating and executing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or other similar ESPs.
• Proven experience in managing multi-step lifecycle journeys via email and SMS.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities within a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members or shared resources.
• Background in higher education, edtech, or student lifecycle marketing is an advantage.
