Senior Interior Designer

📋 Description

• Assist interior design teams with project coordination, documentation, and presentation tasks across ongoing projects.

• Help prepare design presentations, mood boards, layouts, schedules, and materials intended for clients.

• Aid in producing documentation outputs throughout various project stages as needed.

• Support rendering and visual outputs utilizing Lumion and other visualization tools.

• Contribute to the creation of interior design drawing sets, schedules, and other project documentation.

• Follow guidance from senior and associate-level interior designers to generate accurate and well-presented results.

• Assist in preparing material selections, finishes details, and content for design presentations as required.

• Coordinate updates, revisions, and drawing modifications based on team feedback and project demands.

• Maintain organized project files, version control, and documentation standards across active workstreams.

• Facilitate the use of internal AI rendering tools and other applicable design technologies.

• Adapt to work across multiple projects and support teams as project priorities evolve.

• Contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of interior design outputs for client presentations and documentation needs.

• Perform other duties relevant to the position as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in interior design or a comparable design role.

• Strong background in supporting interior design presentation work, documentation, and project delivery.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Ability to create high-quality client presentation materials and visual outputs.

• Rendering skills using Lumion or similar tools are highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of interior documentation, finishes, materials, and drawing coordination.

• Capability to function as a versatile support designer across both presentation and technical documentation tasks.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold quality across visual and documentation outputs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively under direction while managing remote responsibilities efficiently.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant interior design, documentation, and presentation experience is required.

• Experience with Revit is a plus.

• Background in multi-residential, hospitality, workplace, or similar project sectors is advantageous.
