This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform training needs assessments (TNA) with various business units, identifying skill gaps and establishing learning objectives that align with the strategic goals of the organization;
• Create tailored learning paths, e-learning modules, microlearning, support resources, and blended learning programs (both in-person and online), utilizing active methodologies, andragogy, and human-centered design principles;
• Organize complex educational material through storyboarding and storytelling techniques, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the content's accuracy, relevance, and flow of information;
• Utilize Generative AI tools within the workflow to enhance the ideation process for scenarios, script development, assessment creation, and large-scale personalization, while ensuring pedagogical integrity and human oversight;
• Manage and organize content within the company's learning ecosystem (UOL Edtech / Learning.rocks), guaranteeing an optimal user experience, seamless navigation, and sustained engagement throughout development journeys;
• Create learning assessment tools and evaluate engagement, retention, and training effectiveness metrics (ROI, reaction assessments, and learning analytics), focusing on the continual enhancement of educational programs;
• Oversee end-to-end projects using agile (SAM) or traditional (ADDIE) methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality of delivery, and alignment with visual and cultural branding.
• A Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Communication, Design, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines;
• Prior experience as an Instructional Designer within Corporate Education settings, ideally in the financial services, consortium, or services sectors;
• Proven experience in developing customized learning paths and support materials;
• Familiarity with analyzing training-related metrics;
• Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Genially) and hands-on experience using Generative AI in the content creation process;
• Preferred: A postgraduate degree in Instructional Design, Corporate Education, Educational Technologies, or Innovation;
• Experience with the UOL Edtech platform (Learning.rocks / Qulture.rocks), with knowledge of its LXP/LMS functionalities, gamification, and learning analytics.
