Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop graphic assets for both online and offline platforms, including social media, enrollment initiatives, email marketing, printed materials, billboards, brochures, and signage;

• Create promotional content for unit and network campaigns such as events, extracurricular courses, and institutional programs;

• Design the layout for educational and institutional documents;

• Implement and maintain the brand's visual identity across all materials, adhering to the Rede Decisão Brand Guide;

• Modify assets for various formats and channels;

• Address requests from the Communications and Marketing team based on detailed briefs, ensuring deadlines and approval processes are met;

• Organize and preserve design files in a standardized and easily accessible manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Designer, with a portfolio showcasing work for social media and printed materials;

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign);

• Familiarity with editorial layout and pagination;

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency;

• Effective communication, organizational skills, and discipline in adhering to deadlines;

• Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), with the capability to issue invoices.
