Senior Interface Sustainment Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, document, and validate both business and system requirements.

• Design and create Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to facilitate operational and executive decision-making.

• Develop complex SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and verify data from backend databases and tables.

• Assist with system integrations, data mappings, and process enhancements within Momentum and associated platforms.

• Engage in testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure that solutions comply with federal standards for compliance, security, and data governance, particularly within VA environments.

• Produce and sustain both technical and functional documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable role.

• Proven hands-on experience with Momentum or similar ERP Solutions (financials, budgeting, or related modules).

• Extensive experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX.

• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to query backend tables, utilize joins, write stored procedures, and validate data.

• Experience in federal government environments or regulated industries.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Capability to manage various priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Prior experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

• Familiarity with federal financial systems, compliance, and reporting standards.

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Azure data services.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI, or similar).
