Senior Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster high levels of customer satisfaction while taking full ownership of numerous customer relationships.

• Quickly assess and escalate significant insights from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the relevant customers.

• Assist customers in navigating Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and offer subject matter expertise.

• Act as a strong advocate for customers within the Intelligence and Engineering teams to enhance the product, ensuring that customer feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction are communicated and addressed.

• Strategize and lead initiatives aimed at improving processes to elevate overall customer satisfaction with the CrowdStrike team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections, fully knowledgeable in the intelligence lifecycle.

• Proficient understanding of cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections, with complete familiarity with the intelligence lifecycle.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Solid grasp of cyber threat intelligence terminology, fundamental concepts, and analysis.

• Familiarity with dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.

• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a readiness to assist and resolve issues for customers.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to convey and clarify technology concepts to individuals with less technical expertise.

• Must excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment while devising customer solutions with limited resources.

• Understanding of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically in email, networking, and enterprise security.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
