This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Evaluate intelligence reports for precision, completeness, and compliance with client tradecraft/intelligence reporting standards.
• Integrate new analysts into client systems, Concentric tools, and intelligence methodologies; offer continuous guidance and mentorship.
• Analyze risks and threats to company assets, events, and operations through social media monitoring, crisis assessment, and data-driven analysis of publicly available information.
• Conduct initial intelligence collection to support research and production efforts.
• Design, sustain, and oversee intelligence processes and products that adapt to changing client needs and avert strategic surprises.
• Investigate international client travel destinations and generate travel risk evaluations.
• Advise on intricate client scenarios, establish intelligence needs, employ data analysis and risk methodologies, and draft and present findings.
• Compose threat assessments and open-source monitoring reports.
• Offer on-demand security and risk consulting to clients, including guidance on digital footprints and security best practices.
• Spearhead cross-team initiatives and collaborate with other teams to mitigate client risks.
• Maintain a professional and reliable demeanor in all client interactions.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Master’s degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or a related discipline, or 7–10+ years of relevant intelligence or risk analysis experience.
• Capability to fulfill client requirements, including availability for nights and/or weekends for event assistance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize intelligence from diverse sources into effective risk and threat products.
• Proficient in assessing and evaluating sensitive matters and responding promptly to critical situations.
• Competent in converting data and technical details into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Up to 15% travel may be required.
• Preferred: familiarity with the intelligence cycle.
• Preferred: experience in private-sector consulting, advisory roles, or high-tech firms.
• Preferred: experience utilizing technological resources for research and analysis.
• Preferred: ability to generate data-driven insights based on stakeholder requirements.
• Preferred: project management experience, encompassing prioritization, deadlines, and teamwork.
• Preferred: experience living and working in a foreign country.
• Preferred: background in national security, intelligence, military, or law enforcement.
