Senior Integrative Designer – Business Resources, AI Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets that enhance the Human Intelligence brand.

• Ensure uniformity across all digital and physical interactions.

• Construct visual frameworks, templates, and reusable design libraries.

• Maintain brand coherence across various products and initiatives.

• Design presentations, keynote decks, business proposals, white papers, educational materials, and other collateral.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes, including image generation and rapid prototyping.

• Collaborate extensively with marketing, leadership, product teams, operations, copywriters, and developers to bring ideas to fruition quickly and beautifully.

• Conduct thorough reviews of work before submission and continuously enhance design systems and creative workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or integrated design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across various mediums.

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat).

• Experience in designing business presentations, reports, brochures, educational materials, and marketing collateral.

• Strong skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual communication.

• Experience in designing for both print and digital formats.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with established brand guidelines while contributing to brand development.

• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Canva AI, Figma AI, Gamma, or similar platforms is highly valued.
