• Take charge of the integration execution backlog for a varied portfolio of enterprise and small to medium-sized clients across both LATAM and Indian operations.
• Work in close collaboration with the Product/Engineering teams and the Implementations Team to transition the integration model from being operational-heavy to efficiency-driven.
• Facilitate technical discussions with clients alongside all pertinent internal and external stakeholders.
• Revamp workflows to minimize delivery obstacles, ensuring that all integrations strictly follow security, compliance, and established delivery methodologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical integrations, implementation engineering, or service delivery within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven expertise in technical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
• Experience in delivering integrations within the payments ecosystem, including processors, acquirers, aggregators, card networks, and banking APIs.
• Ability to convert intricate business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable execution strategies.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to delve deep, ask probing questions, and swiftly break down complex issues.
• Comfort in leading operational transformations in dynamic and ambiguous settings.
• Demonstrated success in directly managing, mentoring, and developing a team of technical professionals across multiple geographical locations.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
