Senior Integration Specialist – API, SaaS B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive technical implementation and premium onboarding of Cint’s REST APIs for global enterprise partners simultaneously.

• Function as a technical "Log Detective."

• Utilize observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch) to monitor integration performance, identify API bottlenecks, and carry out data-driven performance enhancements.

• Act as the main escalation point for challenging customer scenarios, managing high expectations and tight deadlines under pressure.

• Provide framework guidance and prioritize tasks across a distributed team of 7 consultants across 3 time zones; this position offers a flexible pathway towards formal team leadership and management.

• Evaluate external partner documentation to determine architectural complexity, translating client business requirements into product features or product bug escalations to internal software engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and stabilizing enterprise-level REST APIs (B2B SaaS lifecycle preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or practical expertise in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go).

• Knowledge of internet protocols and API frameworks.

• Understanding of modern software development methodologies, focusing on application architecture and API infrastructure.

• Proficient and confident in English (both written and spoken), able to negotiate technical timelines with EMEA/US internal leadership and external clients on a daily basis.

• Experience or a strong aptitude for mentoring junior consultants, designing contingency workflows, and ensuring efficient transparency across engineering teams.

• Outstanding workload management abilities with a proven track record of balancing technical execution with client management without any decline in quality.
