Senior Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the project management of the technical components for each implementation, working closely with the client and Meadow’s Customer Success and Engineering Teams.

• You will conduct regular meetings with our clients' IT Departments to supervise the technical setup of Meadow Pay, which includes networking and data import/export processes.

• You will establish all necessary network connectivity between Meadow and clients, which includes the initial DNS configuration, SFTP connections, and, if applicable, database connectivity.

• You will modify and install SQL scripts to extract pertinent information from our partner school’s SIS systems, implement PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate data transfers, and enable access to the Ellucian Ethos API when necessary.

• You will work in partnership with Meadow’s Engineering Team to troubleshoot and address technical challenges during and after the implementation phase.

• You will document our integration processes and solutions to facilitate scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in System Integration, SaaS Implementation, or IT Consulting.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash), DNS, networking, and SFTP protocols.

• A builder mindset characterized by high agency and high urgency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Proven success in communicating and collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
