This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective setup of client data integrations for both new and existing major clients of WEX Direct.
• Oversee the data integration build and testing processes involving all internal and external stakeholders.
• Educate and communicate with client and vendor contacts regarding WEX Direct’s data integration methods, which include testing protocols, processing timelines, error reporting, insurance carrier integrations, and software functionality.
• Provide regular updates to clients, vendors, and relevant internal contacts regarding the status of all file builds throughout the integration project.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with consultants, brokers, carriers, vendors, employers, and internal teams.
• Assess the satisfaction levels of employers, carriers, consultants, and/or vendors with the integration process.
• Relay client feedback regarding the file build process to Sales, Implementation, Client Services, and/or external contacts.
• Promptly escalate any file integration obstacles to your manager and the Implementation Manager to ensure the continuous progress of file integration work.
• Monitor and document all client concerns in line with team protocols.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.
• Address all requests from employers, carriers, consultants, and/or third-party vendors within 24 hours.
• Mentor and support the technical development of Integration Analysts.
• Provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for other teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of integration experience is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of at least four integration types; two of which must include COBRA incoming and benefits incoming file integrations.
• Experience with mid-market to large clients is essential.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills are necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse population of customers and employees.
• Outstanding communication and time management abilities are essential.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capabilities to multitask are critical.
• A collaborative team player with a dynamic approach.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
• Consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the integration process.
• Possess subject matter expertise in relevant functional areas or operations units supported.
• Capability to work independently with periodic critical point reviews.
