Senior Integrated Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create stunning and innovative designs for digital platforms including websites, intranet sites, emails, and newsletters.

• Collaborate with team members to implement design system initiatives.

• Develop designs within established visual frameworks and standards that utilize platform capabilities.

• Partner with visual designers, content strategists, developers, and project managers in Jira to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Assist the Digital Design Director in managing workflow processes.

• Supervise and coordinate the preparation of all final files to meet the required output specifications.

• Present creative solutions in response to brand strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize user interface patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles in your work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of digital experience showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and mastery of creative and visual concepts across diverse projects.

• Familiarity with design principles and Responsive Design trends, as well as social media best practices.

• Extensive knowledge and production experience in integrated and digital campaigns.

• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Experience with After Effects and Lottie Create is a plus.

• Comprehension of motion and animation for web, including current best practices and trends.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, layout, and design systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of justifying design choices and effectively incorporating feedback.

• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to adjust designs based on technical limitations, user requirements, and business priorities.

• A user-centric approach and a passion for advancing visual design within brand guidelines.

• Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments with stakeholders or clients and managing evolving project scopes.

• Experience in high-level corporate designs, both print and digital.
