Senior Integrated Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Creating stunning and innovative designs for digital platforms including websites, intranet portals, emails, and newsletters.

• Collaborating with the team to implement design system initiatives.

• Developing designs that adhere to existing visual systems and standards while maximizing platform capabilities.

• Engaging with visual designers, content strategists, developers, and project managers in Jira to guarantee timely and budget-friendly project execution.

• Assisting the Digital Design Director with workflow processes.

• Supervising and managing the preparation of all final files to ensure compliance with the required output specifications.

• Presenting creative solutions that align with brand strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilizing user interface patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and principles of responsive design.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of digital experience showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and mastery of creative and visual concepts across various projects.

• Familiarity with design principles and trends in Responsive Design, as well as social media best practices.

• Extensive knowledge and production experience with integrated and digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.; experience with After Effects and Lottie Create is a plus.

• Understanding of web motion and animation, including best practices and current trends.

• Strong attention to detail and an excellent eye for composition, layout, and design systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of justifying design choices and assimilating feedback effectively.

• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to modify designs based on technical limitations, user needs, and business priorities.

• User-focused mindset with a desire to advance visual design while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Comfortable navigating complex and fast-paced environments while working with stakeholders or clients and managing evolving project scopes.

• Experience with high-level corporate designs, both print and digital.
