This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the accumulations strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and member experience goals.

• Create roadmaps, set priorities, and establish governance processes for accumulations initiatives.

• Lead ongoing improvement initiatives to boost accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise the design, execution, and upkeep of integrated accumulations solutions across various products and benefit plans.

• Act as the subject matter expert for large-scale projects related to accumulations modernization, system integrations, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure the successful implementation of projects through effective planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Track accumulations performance, accuracy, and reconciliation workflows.

• Identify and resolve intricate accumulations issues impacting claims adjudication, member cost-sharing, or provider reimbursement.

• Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to assess operational efficiency.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for accumulations-related incidents.

• Work closely with Claims, Benefits Configuration, Enrollment, Finance, Actuarial, and Customer Experience teams.

• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to ensure efficient data exchange and integration.

• Serve as the principal business leader for accumulations-related initiatives and enterprise programs.

• Facilitate communications at the executive level and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and outcomes.

• Ensure compliance of accumulations processes with relevant federal and state regulations, benefit design requirements, and organizational policies.

• Assist with audit activities and maintain documentation for accumulations controls and procedures.

• Establish governance standards for accumulations configuration, testing, and deployment activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in integrated accumulations, benefits administration, claims processing, or healthcare technology.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in people leadership and team management.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare accumulations and related vendor integrations is essential.

• Proven experience in leading or serving as the business lead for cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in analyzing large volumes of information to identify key insights and formulate appropriate plans and actions.

• Ability to foster a motivating work environment that encourages others to take initiative and deliver service excellence.

• Experience in fast-paced settings with strong organizational skills to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
