This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee automated and data-driven underwriting initiatives.
• Manage insurance products in collaboration with carrier partners.
• Investigate growth prospects and new insurance solutions.
• Assist in the development of E&S products.
• Organize product implementation efforts.
• Facilitate collaboration on operational enhancements within the Insurance sector and other departments.
• Cultivate expertise in both insurance products and underwriting disciplines.
• A B.A. or B.S. degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or commercial insurance product management is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of the underwriting discipline and compliance standards for the complete underwriting cycle, including both new and renewal business processes.
• Proficiency in data reporting as well as automated underwriting technologies and methodologies.
• A strong passion for simplifying insurance and innovative underwriting approaches.
• Bonus experience includes CPCU, ARM, CIC, or Actuarial designations.
• Familiarity with third-party data vendors and their integrations.
• Experience in the Insurtech sector.
• Capability to review and analyze legal documents.
• Proficient in navigating Serff, S&P, ISO, and Verisk products, including PAAS and CLM.
• Fully remote work environment.
