Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Implementation and support of eDiscovery applications along with the necessary infrastructure.

• Providing support for eDiscovery software, including the capability to triage and direct calls to the relevant parties.

• Assisting Application Support Engineers with application-related issues by utilizing root cause analysis.

• Ensuring that client environments conform to the system requirements as specified by George Jon's best practices.

• Maintaining client environments throughout George Jon’s global presence.

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of George Jon’s services and how they align with customer needs.

• Supporting team members and/or offering escalation assistance.

• Creating and refining documentation for internal processes and procedures.

• Communicating with customers as needed, including updating them on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes or scheduled outages.

• Logging all work as service tickets in ConnectWise, while managing and recording all time and expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Relativity, NUIX, and LAW software platforms.

• Administration of Windows Server 2012 and later versions.

• Experience in scripting and automation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS.

• Experience with Microsoft Clustering.

• Firewall administration, preferably with SonicWALL.

• Advanced networking skills.

• Experience in virtualization administration, preferably with VMWare.

• Knowledge of storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and DAS.

• Experience with Cisco routing and switching; familiarity with Force10 is a plus.

• Experience with Dell hardware and software.

• Proficiency in ticket management, issue tracking, and change log management.

• Understanding of the EDRM Framework.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team, as well as work independently.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects/issues.
