Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Automation, OT Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform (Ansible Automation Platform), encompassing platform design, integration, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Propel automation initiatives throughout infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and authorized OT environments.

• Facilitate integration with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, CMDB, Identity & Access Management (IAM), virtualization, and monitoring solutions.

• Develop governance frameworks, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support processes.

• Oversee various OT security initiatives, including Claroty, Trellix, onboarding of OT domains, and OT infrastructure remediation.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams in Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and with external vendors.

• Manage project governance, including planning, risk assessment, budgeting, dependency management, and executive reporting.

• Ensure project outcomes are in accordance with IT security policies, GxP requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically in delivering enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.

• Proven track record in leading automation, infrastructure modernization, or platform implementation efforts.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity management, and monitoring tools.

• Experience in managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, Trellix, or other similar enterprise solutions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.

• Excellent capabilities in communication, governance, and project delivery management.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, or DevOps practices is a preferred qualification.

• Knowledge of OT environments and industrial control systems is advantageous.

• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is required.
