Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Automation, OT Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the execution of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform (Ansible Automation Platform), encompassing platform design, integration, and readiness for operations.

• Propel automation initiatives across infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and sanctioned OT environments.

• Facilitate integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, Identity & Access Management (IAM), virtualization, and monitoring solutions.

• Develop governance, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support protocols.

• Oversee various OT security initiatives, including Claroty, Trellix, OT domain onboarding, and OT infrastructure remediation.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams in Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and external vendors.

• Manage project governance, planning, risk assessment, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.

• Ensure project delivery is in accordance with IT security policies, GxP requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, focusing on the delivery of enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.

• Proven track record in leading automation, infrastructure modernization, or platform implementation initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity management, and monitoring.

• Experience in managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, Trellix, or comparable enterprise solutions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
