This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of Cisco infrastructure patching, daily incident management, change management, testing, AGCS coordination, and recurring AZL reporting.
• Implement and oversee Cisco infrastructure patching cycles across network and telephony platforms while minimizing service disruptions.
• Manage and resolve daily incidents related to Cisco network, telephony, and legacy call recording platforms within service level agreements (SLA).
• Submit, test, and validate changes in infrastructure and telephony as part of the change management process.
• Collaborate with AGCS on support activities for network and telephony, along with recurring status and operational reporting.
• Generate and maintain recurring AZL reports on incidents, changes, and infrastructure health metrics.
• Complete remaining tasks associated with the DC Exit project, including a documented handover of migrated or decommissioned components.
• Assist in the transition from Cisco to Content Guru telephony, ensuring maintenance verification and knowledge transfer for legacy call recording platforms.
• Gradually reduce and document the Cisco support model using runbooks and lessons learned.
• Finalize outstanding DC Exit deliverables within the first 3-6 months and facilitate the Cisco-to-Content Guru cutover.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Cisco network infrastructure engineering (routing, switching, patching) at a senior-to-principal level (7+ years).
• Experience with Cisco telephony and legacy call recording platforms, including change testing and maintenance verification.
• ITIL-aligned experience in incident and change management within a regulated enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with AGCS coordination and practices for recurring operational and status reporting.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; capable of leading stakeholder-facing calls and interviews in English.
• Proven experience collaborating with international, multicultural teams across various time zones.
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy when addressing incidents, along with clear and structured communication with stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in network and telephony infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrated success in delivering within enterprise-scale, regulated environments, ideally including migration or decommissioning projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) are preferred; certifications in telephony or call-recording platforms are a plus.
