Senior Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for AI implementation to facilitate business and technology transformation.

• Propel widespread automation and AI capabilities to enhance quality, accelerate delivery, and improve operational efficiencies.

• Empower end-users with self-service capabilities through automation and enhancements to platforms.

• Design and implement automations that facilitate smooth transitions for service provider migrations.

• Architect, design, and launch enterprise cloud, computing, and hosting solutions to support business needs.

• Create self-service dashboards for products to enhance visibility, observability, and autonomy for business units.

• Improve infrastructure capacity, performance, and scalability.

• Define, uphold, and enhance architectural standards to elevate service quality and customer outcomes.

• Maintain a LEAN approach to continuous improvement, ensuring the CTO organization delivers secure, high-impact capabilities in collaboration with Cyber, business units, and other cross-functional teams.

• Continuously broaden technical expertise through advanced learning and certification opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 6 months of experience with platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in software engineering and DevOps automation.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in delivering projects, preferably technical products or solutions.

• Completion of the GEV leadership program.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders.
