Senior Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee internal data platforms based on core products.

• Create, deploy, and set up production environments for various web services.

• Work alongside teams to develop technical architectures, followed by deployment and management of those solutions.

• Build essential product features focusing on cloud services and Linux integration.

• Ensure optimal service capacity and enhanced security for operating workloads and services.

• Design, implement, and sustain resilient data platforms that revolve around Dataiku’s core products.

• Provide industrialization and production setups for critical web services.

• Create and share reference infrastructure, best practices, knowledge, and tools across technical teams.

• Participate in the development of infrastructure and Linux system interaction initiatives.

• Handle tasks ranging from managed hyperscaler services to in-depth Linux debugging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in infrastructure automation utilizing tools like Terraform.

• In-depth knowledge of container technologies and managed Kubernetes clusters.

• Advanced scripting capabilities in Python.

• Practical experience with Linux operating systems and low-level system troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience in networking and computing within a leading cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proven ability to tackle complex technical issues, with a strong focus on root cause analysis.

• Bonus: Experience with implementing authentication and authorization systems, including LDAP, SAML, and OAuth2.

• Bonus: Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Bonus: Understanding of additional programming languages, especially Go.
